Delivery and returns

  1. Deliveries 

All orders placed by our customers are either delivered to the address indicated by customers when placing the order on the Site by our delivery service providers (La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.), or delivered to our Nafizz Paris store where the Customer can collect their order.

The customer must check the status of his order and compliance with the attached invoice upon delivery. In the event of damage (torn bag, etc.) he must refuse the package and state in writing the reason for his refusal.
A package accepted without reservation noted on the delivery note is deemed to be compliant and no complaint will be admissible retrospectively.

1.1 Delivery costs

1.1.1 In-store pickup

When the customer chooses the “collection in store” delivery method, delivery costs are free. The customer can collect their order directly in our Nafizz Paris store located in the shopping center at 44 rue Blaise Pascal, 93600 AULNAY-SOUS-BOIS. As soon as their order is placed, the customer must contact the store at the following number 07 81 36 53 14 to arrange an appointment.

1.1.2 Delivery to the address indicated by the Customer

For each order, the Customer is asked for a flat-rate contribution to the delivery costs except for those who exceptionally benefit from their free delivery under certain conditions*. The amount of participation is fixed depending on the country of delivery.

The order amount means the total amount of the items whose value is indicated on the invoice.

2. Returns

Returns are at the customer's expense, and you have 7 days to return the package to us from the date of receipt.

Promotional items (via networks and on the site) are neither returned nor exchanged.

The Nafizz store does not make any refunds, however we issue credits with no validity period.

Upon receipt of the returns, the Nafizz store will contact you to deliver your credit by email and/or text message

2.1 Damage

It is understood that the item(s) returned by the customer must not suffer from depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the said item(s). Degraded items or products (used/worn, damaged, stained, torn, commercial labels or cut composition labels, etc.) will under no circumstances be taken back and refunded and no credit will be issued.

To this end, Nafizz Paris informs the customer that each returned item is subject to a systematic and careful check.
